In all cases, including for transactions worth up to 1,500,000 euros, the Company will be represented by Alexandros Voreopoulos and Georgi Zhechev Zhechev together or by each of them together with one of the other members of the Board.
For transactions worth more than 1,500,000 euros, the Company will be represented by Alexandros Voreopoulos or Georgi Zhechev Zhechev together with two of the other members of the Board.
